Inclusivity
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.

Pursue growth opportunities, participate actively, and show up for one another.
Confidentiality
Protect what's shared in confidence within the community.
Prohibited behavior
- Harassment in any form, whether verbal, physical, or online.
- Spam and unsolicited promotions without leadership approval.
- Misrepresentation, including false qualifications or affiliations.
How we handle breaches
Violations result in consequences ranging from a warning to expulsion from The Loop DSM, depending on the severity of the breach. Our goal is always to protect the community and keep it a space built on trust and mutual support.
